3. How we use your information
We use your personal information, and rely on the legal bases below where UK or EU data protection law applies:

If you opt out of marketing, we may still send you service messages, such as order confirmations and delivery updates.
5. Who we share your information with
We share personal information only where we need to, with:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders and payments for us.

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money.
6. International transfers
Some of the companies we work with are based outside the UK and the European Economic Area, or process data there. Where this happens, we rely on recognised safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or approved standard contractual clauses, so that your information stays protected.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Services work (for example, to remember your cart and keep checkout secure), to understand how the Services are used, and, where we use them, to show relevant advertising. For details of the cookies used by our store platform, see Shopify’s cookie policy. You can remove or block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Services may then stop working properly. Our site does not respond to “do not track” signals.
8. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. For example, we keep order and tax records for at least six years, as UK law requires, and we keep marketing details until you unsubscribe. After that we delete or anonymise it.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, but no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information by insecure channels. If you have an account, keep your password private.

If you are in the UK or the EU and are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to us, or to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority. Residents of certain US states may also have rights under their state privacy laws, which you can exercise in the same way.
